Taxes included, no surprise charges
Holiday special. Lock in $49 now and save $1,080 over your term.
Fifteen minutes on the phone. We look up your business and your current site before we call.
Example designs, shown for illustration.
Built your own site but never had the time to make it look the way you wanted? We work right inside the platform you already use, for the same $49 a month as a new site.
Drag to compare. Example designs, shown for illustration.
You have probably already looked at two of them. Here is what each one really costs, in money and in everything else.
Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy
$49 a month, no setup fee
Whoever comes back lowest
Ask whoever quotes you the following four questions, because how they answer tells you more than the price does.
No setup fee, and no surprise invoice in month three. One number, and it does not move for the full term.
Home, About, Services, Contact and one more of your choosing. Most pick Gallery, Reviews or Service Areas.
If you have one, it stays where it is, you keep renewing it, and we point it at the new site. If you do not, we register a standard domain, such as a .com or .ca, in your name and pay the renewal every year while you subscribe.
Our own servers, SSL certificate, off-site backups and uptime monitoring. You never deal with a host.
Most people find a local business on a phone. Your site loads fast on one, and tapping your number dials you. No pinching, no typing.
Titles, descriptions, headings and structured data, with your Google Business Profile connected and a sitemap submitted.
Services, service areas, hours and contact details marked up so ChatGPT and Google can actually read them.
On the first design, to use within 30 days. Nothing is published until you approve it.
You get 15 minutes a month for things like new prices, a new photo, changed hours or a new review. Text or email us and we take care of it.
Sign during the holiday special and you keep $49 a month for the full 36 months. The regular price is $79 from January. When your term ends, you carry on at your price, not the regular one, and any change after that comes with 60 days’ notice.
Every subscription comes with a matching business card and email signature, plus a logo if you do not have one yet. Three concepts of each to choose from, then two rounds of changes on the one you pick.
Your card and signature follow once your site is live: ask for them within 90 days of launch. If we are designing your logo, your seven business days start once you approve it and we have everything else.
Counted from when we have everything we need. Not seven weeks.
Fifteen minutes. What you do, where you work, who you want ringing you.
You pay your first month and the build starts. Send us your logo, a few photos and the answers to our questions about your business, and the seven business days begin. No logo yet? We design yours first.
You see it before anyone else, and you get three rounds of changes.
On your own domain, with your matching business card and email signature to follow. No launch fee and no final invoice: your monthly simply carries on.
Every one custom designed and custom built, no template dragged into shape. Pick an industry, scroll through and open any of them for a proper look.

See the concept ↗There are 35 live sites and 53 concepts in all. Concepts are designs we made to show a business what its website could look like. A concept is not that business’s live site.
A website’s job is to make the phone ring. These two make sure nothing that rings gets lost.
Every enquiry from your site lands in one list you open on your phone. Each one shows the person’s name, what they asked for and their number as a button you tap to ring them straight back. Mark them called, book a follow-up, leave yourself a note.
It is the same system we use for our own calls. It comes with the subscription and costs nothing extra.
Your phone gets answered when you cannot pick up. Evenings, weekends or when you are under a sink at four on a Friday. After Hours answers in your business’s name as an automated assistant and takes down the job and the address. It handles everyday questions without quoting prices, suggests a callback time for you to confirm and messages you as soon as the call ends.
The caller gets a conversation instead of a voicemail beep. You get the details before you have wiped your hands.
The $39 a month covers setting up After Hours, connecting it to your leads list and keeping it running. The call time itself is charged separately at 15 cents a minute, usually $6 to $14 a month.
Your subscription is complete without After Hours. It is off unless you ask for it in writing, and you can turn it off again with 30 days’ written notice.
Phone screens shown for illustration.
We would rather you knew now than found out in month four.
Your domain name is yours. If we register it for you, it is in your name from day one, so nobody can hold it over you. The site itself is ours until all 36 monthly payments are made, and then it is yours. If you want it sooner, you can pay off the rest of your term at any point and we hand over the files. A site on your own website builder or real estate platform is different: it stays in your account throughout. Any logo we design for you is yours once you approve it, as long as your account is paid up.
Yes. It is $1,699 US, or CA$2,399 plus tax, paid once, and then it is yours. Same five pages, same seven business days, same three rounds of changes. Hosting and the domain are included for the first year. After that, you can host with us for $25 US, or CA$35 plus tax, a month, or take the files and host them anywhere you like. Either way, you pay the domain renewal yourself. The logo, business card and email signature come with the subscription, and we can quote them for an outright site. Monthly changes are not part of that option; anything after handover is quoted at $150 US, or CA$210 plus tax, an hour.
Because there is no setup fee. An agency would ask you for two to six thousand dollars before starting; we ask for your first month. We carry the build cost instead, and the term is how we recover it. Once the three years are done, the site is yours.
The site is yours, and you choose what happens next. Renew for another three years and we redesign up to five of your pages, at the price you are paying. Or carry on month to month at that price. Your hosting, domain, updates, 15 minutes a month and leads list all continue. We also give your site a tune-up of up to two hours of our time, to use within three months of your second month-to-month payment, and another every three years you stay. Or leave with 30 days’ notice by email and take the files with you, or keep just the hosting with us for $25 US, or CA$35 plus tax, a month. If the monthly price ever changes after the three years, you get 60 days’ notice and can cancel before it does.
Because most of what the monthly covers carries on. Your hosting, SSL certificate, backups, software updates, domain, leads list and 15 minutes a month of our time continue exactly as before, and keeping a site safe and current is ongoing work. What changes at three years is that the site becomes yours, so you are free to take it elsewhere on 30 days’ notice by email. If you stay, we give it a tune-up to bring it up to date. If you want a fresh design, renew for another three years and we redesign it, at the price you are paying.
You can. There is a minimum of $1,000 US, or CA$1,400 plus tax, which is under two years of monthly payments, and every monthly payment for your website counts toward it. Give 30 days’ notice by email, and your monthly payments continue until then. If by then they come to less than the minimum, you pay the difference; if they already come to that, there is nothing to top up. The minimum applies from the day you approve your logo or your homepage design, or leave one unanswered for 30 days after we send it. On your own platform, publishing our design also counts as approving it. When you go, a site we host comes down, a site on your own platform stays in your account, and your domain transfers to you free.
You see it before it goes live and you get three rounds of changes. Nothing is published until you say so.
Two questions answer that. When was it built, and can you change it yourself? If it was built before phones became the main way people search, or if changing a price means emailing somebody who may not reply, this is worth a look.
Yes, for the same monthly price as a new site, covering up to five pages. We redesign it inside the platform you already use, and you add us as a user from its settings, so you never share your password. Every platform is different, so we agree on the timing with you before we start. Your platform keeps hosting it, so you keep paying them for that and for any paid themes, apps or plugins your site needs. Your logo, business card and email signature are included the same as with a new site. If your WordPress site is with a web host rather than on WordPress.com, we either move it to our servers or quote its upkeep separately.
Yes. Your platform runs the listings, and we make the rest of the site look like you, with wording written for the neighbourhoods you sell in and a design that matches your brand. It is the same monthly price, and your platform account stays yours. As with any platform, we agree on the timing with you before we start.
Yes, if you do not have one, and it is part of the monthly. You get three concepts to choose from and two rounds of changes on the one you pick, and it is yours once you approve it, as long as your account is paid up. If you already have a logo, we use it exactly as it is.
No. You get print-ready files that any print shop can use, and if we know a good shop near you, we will point you to it. The design is part of the monthly; the printing is between you and the shop.
We give you a step-by-step guide that walks you through it in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. You set it up yourself, so we never need the password to your email.
We leave it alone, and it is the part we are most careful about. If you already have email working, it stays exactly where it is and we do not touch its settings. If you need addresses on a new domain, we set up forwarding so mail to you@yourbusiness.com is passed on to the inbox you already use. Forwarding is not a mailbox, and your email itself stays between you and your email provider. If you want full Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, we can quote for setting those up.
Every page of your old site gets pointed at its closest match on the new one, so the links and search results you already have keep working instead of leading to an error page. What nobody can honestly promise you is a position in Google, and we would be wary of anyone who does.
Yes. You tell us what you do and where you work, and we write the pages. You can change any of it during the three rounds of changes.
We try again, we email and we call. If a payment is still outstanding after 14 days, the site is switched off until your account is paid up, then goes back up within one business day of payment, with nothing lost. The monthly payments still fall due while it is off.
In the United States, no. The figure you see is the figure you pay. In Canada, GST or HST is added at the rate for your province, along with any other sales tax that applies, so the monthly is CA$67 plus tax.
It is how we look after your site once it is live, and it is part of the monthly, not an extra. You get 15 minutes a month of our time for changes and for support by phone, email or text, and if you carry on month to month after your term, a tune-up every three years. Fixing anything that breaks on our side is on us and never comes out of your 15 minutes. Hosting, updates, backups, your domain and your leads list are part of the monthly too.
Not unless you ask for it in writing, apart from the few amounts set out in our Terms, such as the minimum if you leave before your term ends. This page has one optional add-on, After Hours, which answers your phone when you cannot. It is $39 a month to set it up, connect it and keep it running, plus the call time at 15 cents a minute, which for most trades runs $6 to $14 a month. It is off by default, and we switch it on only when you ask for it in writing. Everything in the included list at the top of this page is in the monthly.
We look at what you have now and show you what yours would look like. Then you decide. Nothing to pay either way.
